Self-supporting insulated wire СИП-1, СИП-2, СИП-3, СИП-4, СИП-5

Self-supporting insulated wire for overhead power lines. Stranded aluminium conductors, light-stabilised polyethylene insulation. Complies with GOST 31946-2012.

Application: Overhead lines and service drops from overhead lines to building entries. Used in cold and temperate climates, including sea and salt-lake coasts, saline-sand areas and industrial regions.

Versions:
— СИП-1 — bare neutral messenger conductor and 1–4 insulated phase conductors
— СИП-2 — insulated neutral conductor and 1–4 phase conductors, permissible heating up to 90 °C
— СИП-3 — single-core wire for 6–35 kV lines
— СИП-4 and СИП-5 — no neutral messenger, 2 to 4 phase conductors
