Transformer Single-phase oil-immersed transformers of type ОМ and converter transformers ОМП with natural cooling, connected to an AC network with a frequency of 50Hz, are designed for converting electrical energy in power system networks and for supplying railway electrical equipment and other single-phase electricity consumers. They are manufactured for voltages of 6(10) kV and power ratings of 0,63; 1,25; 2,5; 4; 6; and 10 kVA. The transformer complies with the requirements of ТУ 659 РК 0001 0033-15-95 and ТУ 659 РК 0001 0033-07-95. Operating conditions The transformer is intended for operation in regions with a temperate climate, under the following conditions: an environment that is not explosive and chemically active; installation altitude above sea level – not more than 1000 m. The transformer is not designed to operate under conditions of: shaking, vibration, shocks in a chemically active environment. Duty – continuous. Ambient air temperature -45˚C to +40˚C for У1. Ambient air temperature -60˚C to +40˚C for ХЛ1. Relative air humidity – not more than 80% at +25˚C. Voltage regulation is performed on the HV side (off-circuit tap changer, ПБВ). Technical specifications Rated winding voltages: Number of phases -3. Transformer design The transformer tanks are welded. The assembled transformer is lifted by the lugs located on the transformer cover. At the bottom there are an oil drain plug, a plug for oil filling and oil sampling, and an earthing bolt. The tank cover carries the HV and LV bushings, an oil top-up plug, a thermometer pocket and the ПБВ tap changer. The active part consists of a magnetic core made of cold-rolled electrical steel, the windings and the HV and LV leads. The transformer windings are made of copper wire. The HV and LV bushings are of the outdoor type, removable, with porcelain bushing insulators. Assembly Final assembly is carried out carefully and precisely in accordance with the design documentation. The windings are placed and secured on the corresponding limbs of the magnetic core, after which the yoke is fitted, the electrical connections are made and drying under vacuum is carried out. Before the active part is installed in the transformer tank, the winding connection, the transformation ratio and the angular error of the phase vector displacement are checked. Final assembly After thorough drying and checking of the tightening torques of the bolted joints, the active part is installed in the transformer tank, the transformer cover is fastened and the tank is filled with oil. At the final assembly stage, the transformer is fitted with the accessories ordered. Testing All transformers undergo type tests and acceptance tests in accordance with ГОСТ 11677 and the regulatory documentation. Note: At the customer's request, a transformer with other voltage combinations can be manufactured.
