Oil-immersed transformer ТМГ 1000/6(10)-0,4 У1, Д/Ун-11, У/Ун-0 with instrumentation (КИП)

The ТМГ hermetically sealed oil-immersed transformer is a three-phase, two-winding power transformer with natural oil cooling, designed to step down a voltage of 6 or 10 kV to 0,4 kV in 50 Hz networks. The tank is completely filled with oil and hermetically sealed: there is no conservator or air cushion, and thermal changes in the oil volume are compensated by elastic deformation of the corrugated tank walls. The oil has no contact with air and neither oxidises nor absorbs moisture, so oil sampling and oil replacement are not required during the service life.

The HV winding taps are changed off-circuit (ПБВ) within ±2×2,5 %. Climatic version У1 allows outdoor installation at temperatures from −45 to +40 °C, including as part of a КТП packaged transformer substation. Applications: power supply of industrial enterprises, residential areas, and urban and rural distribution networks.

Manufactured at the КТЗ, УТЗ and ПЭТЗ plants in Kazakhstan. The scope of supply includes the product passport, the factory test report and the certificate of conformity. Shipped from the warehouse in Almaty; delivery to site, installation and commissioning are available on request.
