Delivery

Pickup from the Almaty warehouse, 7/1 Utegen Batyr St. — free of charge
Delivery within Almaty — 1–2 working days
Shipping by carriers across Kazakhstan: Astana, Shymkent and the regions
Oversized equipment — delivery is calculated separately

Payment

Kaspi Pay — payment through the Kaspi.kz app
Kaspi Рассрочка (instalments) — for orders that meet the bank's terms
Halyk ePay — Visa and Mastercard cards
Bank transfer by invoice for legal entities

Equipment priced above the retail sale threshold is supplied by invoice after the specification has been agreed. For legal entities the invoice is issued immediately after the order is placed.

Lead times

Stock items are dispatched on the day of the request or on the next working day. Made-to-order equipment — by agreement, usually 30 to 45 days depending on the type and configuration.
